15/01/2019 The World Jurist Association Biennal Congress gathers the most prominent figures of the legal world, to discuss and debate the main issues on the international agenda.
In the framework of the XXVI World Jurist Association Biennial Congress "The Rule of Law, Guarantor of Freedom" to be held in Madrid, on February 18 to 20, “the notarial public faith as an area of freedom and justice” will be discussed during the Panel 15 Round Table. See program.
The topics that will be dealt with are :
- Legal protection of the most vulnerable
- Discrimination against women
- Disability in the light of the United Nations Convention
- Protection of minors
- Children without identity: the tragedy of not existing
- The consumer and his rights
- Access to property in developing countries
