This Saturday, October 2nd, the President of the International Union of Notaries (UINL), Not. Dra. Cristina N. ARMELLA, invites all the notaries of the 89 Member Notariats to celebrate together the 73rd anniversary of the First International Congress of the UINL, held on October 2, 1948 in the city of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
