News The UINL World Notariat University ends for the 84 participants of the 2017 Edition
17/07/2017 From July 9 to 15, 2017, the sixth UINL World Notariat University was held in Buenos Aires (Argentina), hosted this year by the Universidad Notarial Argentina, the Colegio Notarial de Buenos Aires and the Consejo Federal del Notariado Argentino.
During this week of intensive training, 84 young notaries from 22 countries representing 4 continents were able to work on the fundamental themes of the notarial profession, thanks to multiples presentations of comparative Law, given by pairs of professors/academics, themselves representing 10 distinct nationalities.
The goal of the World Notariat University is twofold:
- On the one hand, transmit to each participant the legal and ethical bases allowing him/her the support of a better governance in his/her country of origin;
- And, on the other hand, promote through human and professional exchanges, the Worldwide Notariat Network.
Training is an essential theme of the UINL and a working group is dedicated to it. Indeed, continuing training is the key element enabling everyone to improve his/her abilities and to develop high-quality skills through constant upgrading.
Worldwide, the Wolrd Notariat University is the flagship of UINL's involvement in training.
As for the previous five editions, the UINL hopes that the "Alumni" of the University will participate in the work of its Commissions and Working Groups, thus enriching the UINL with their knowledge and motivation.
