The Permanent Notarial Office of International Exchange (ONPI) is intended to serve as a collection and dissemination centre for the work of the UINL and all scientific documents relating to the Notariat.  

In this context, ONPI publishes the International Notarial Review "RIN" (Revista Internacional del Notariado). 

The 2020-2021 Review has been redesigned and a reorganized, in an aspiration for modernity and dynamism. 

It is presented in digital format with doctrinal and reports sections, and can be consulted by anyone with access to the UINL intranet. 

The leitmotif of RIN n°126 is: "The world is reinventing itself and UINL is innovating without losing its essence".
