Notaries of Europe - Ádám Tóth becomes new CNUE President

On Friday 8 January, Hungarian notary Ádám Tóth took office as President of the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE) for 2021. He succeeds the Greek notary Georgios Rouskas. 

The main item on his agenda will be the digitalization of justice, in particular the cooperation with the European Commission and the Futurology Forum between notariats.
The action plan for this legislature also includes the fight against money laundering, training, the implementation of the directive on the digitalization of the life cycle of companies and the evaluation of EU Regulation 650/2012 on international successions.
