The global virtual platform has been created and is now accessible by all notaries worldwide. 

The Global Virtual Educational Platform is a digital library and a training tool created within the framework of President Not. Dr. Cristina N. Armella's action plan (legislature 2020-2022) for the strengthening of the UINL's training offer.

The Global Director of the platform is Not. Dr. José Manuel García Collantes (Spain). 

It is a state-of-the-art technology, with an evolutionary design. 

The platform is available in three languages (French-English-Spanish), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world. 

It provides educational material (text, video, audio) in various areas of the law and notarial activity. 

Each notary can register as a user to access the restricted content. 

The next step, which will be implemented as of next year, will be the creation of the virtual campus for vocational training with certification (chargeable).
