10/06/2019 Within the framework of its cooperation with the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on the dissemination and implementation of the Voluntary Guidelines on Land Tenure, the UINL is calling for good practices of notaries over the world regarding land tenure:
Could you describe relevant land tenure issues in your country or region that were solved thanks to the intervention of notaries?
Could you describe examples of good practice in matters of responsible governance of tenure in your country or region?
Do your notariat have any presentable projects regarding responsible governance of tenure in the future?
