17/02/2017 UNCITRAL is defined as « the core legal body of the United Nations system in the field of international trade law ». Its business is the modernization and harmonization of rules on international business. In order to increase growth, higher living standards, and new opportunities through trade worldwide, UNCITRAL aims to formulate harmonized rules on commercial transactions.
UINL Notaries representatives take part in the 6th working group « Security Interests », which will held its next meeting on February 13-17 in New-York (USA).
Indeed, the notarial profession has a key role in enforcement procedures, which are essential for an efficient security of rights.
