The Council of Ministers, on the proposal of the Minister of Justice Dolores Delgado, today approved a royal decree granting the Great Cross of the Order of San Raimundo de Peñafort to José Marqueño de Llano, President of the International Union of Notaries (UINL).
The Grand Cross of San Raimundo de Peñafort is the highest category of this award created more than 70 years ago to reward the work of eminent personalities in the fields of Law, justice and the organization of State.
