28/04/2023 On 22 April 2023, UINL President Lionel Galliez attended the Third Congress of Albanian Notaries, in Tirana, on the theme: "Notary - important actor of economic regulation and guarantee of legal security of transactions".
On this occasion, the vocation of the Notariat, as an institution of preventive justice, which protects the private rights of citizens and companies, and thus contributes to the economic and social development of their country, was highlighted.
