News The Notarial Chamber of Uzbekistan celebrates its 5th anniversary!
22/01/2025 The Notarial Chamber of Uzbekistan was established by presidential decree on January 22, 2020. Its activities, both internal and international, have since been particularly dynamic, under the leadership of its President, Dilshod Asurov (elected General Councillor of the UINL in 2023 and President of the Asian Affairs Commission in 2024).
With an active participation within the UINL, the Uzbek notariat signed cooperation agreements with 75 member notariats and hosted numerous international conferences in its country, on a wide variety of topics such as the fight against money laundering, digitalization, and inheritance law.
At domestic level, the chamber now comprises 1110 liberal notaries. According to the authorities, the quality of notarial services, service to citizens and the level of legal certainty in the sector have greatly improved in five years. In addition, citizens can now easily access notarial services online, not only within the country, but also from abroad.
