News Release of the laureate and finalist studies of the 2019 Legal Research Prize
19/02/2020 The UINL Legal Research Prize aims to reward an unpublished work whose purpose is legal research on persons with disabilities, the elderly, immigrants, children, refugees or other groups who are in a vulnerable position.
The 2019 Legal Research Prize was awarded to the Argentine study entitled "The Notary: science, technic and art at the service of the most vulnerable people" co-presented by the following authors: Cristina Noemí ARMELLA, Eduardo Gabriel CLUSELLAS, Sebastián Justo COSOLA, Javier Hernán MOREYRA, Karina Vanesa SALIERNO, Marcela Viviana SPINA and Otilia del Carmen ZITO FONTÁN.
The finalist study, meritorious of a special recognition was elaborated by LI Yong, lead author and CAI Yong, co-author and editor in French, and deals with "the protection of vulnerable people from the perspective of Chinese notaries".
The award ceremony was held during the closing ceremony of the 29th International Congress of Notaries in Jakarta (Indonesia) on November 30, 2019.
