Noticias Mongolian chamber of notaries organized an international symposium on “the Role of notaries in society”
16/10/2018 On the occasion of the “World notary day” and the 93th Anniversary of the first notary organization in Mongolia, the Mongolian chamber of notaries, the member of UINL and Asian Affairs Commission, organized an international symposium on “the Role of notaries in society” in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The purpose of the symposium is on one hand to advertise and raise awareness of the importance of the notary services and their role in society to the general public, the state and competent authorities amidst the parliamentary discussion of the Amendments Law on Notary of Mongolia, as well as to learn, exchange experiences from the notaries and university professors of European countries, to execute a recommendation in connection therewith, and on the other hand to develop the notarial law and its foundation research in Mongolia.
The Minister of Justice and Home affairs of Mongolia Ts.Nyamdorj, the Prime minister of Justice and Home affairs of Mongolia B.Enkhbayar, the Member of Parliament and the member of Standing committee for legal affairs Kh.Nyambaatar, the Head of the Property Rights Registration D.Batbold and the delegation from notary organizations of Germany, Hungary and France participated in the symposium and held presentations on various topics related to the role of notaries in society.
The Mongolian chamber of notaries has compiled the researches and presentations of the symposium and submitted to the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs and other related entities.
