02/10/2018 This Tuesday, October 2, 2018, following the institutional meetings in Buenos Aires (Argentina), the President of the International Union of Notaries (UINL), Mr. José Marqueño de Llano and all the members together celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the First UINL International Congress, held on October 2, 1948 in the same city of Buenos Aires (Argentina).
On this occasion, the UINL presents its best wishes to all the notaries of the world, and invites them to celebrate today the World Notariat Day.
