The Indonesian Notary Association (INI), currently chairing the Asian Affairs Commission of the International Union of Notaries (CAAs UINL) is hosting the 7th Asian Commission Plenary Conference on 7 September 2017. To follow the Plenary Conference, the INI will hold an International Seminar from 7 to 9 september 2017.

This Seminar will deal with three main key themes : ease of doing business, direct foreign investment, and legal certainty.

Through this International Seminar, the INI would like to invite various stakeholders at the international level in the legal and investment sectors to discuss and exchange knowledge on the fulfillment of Ease of Doing Business framework, the balance between easiness in doing business and having legal assurance, as well as the roles and challenges of notary and other legal professions.
