News CNUE-UINL - JUST4ALL Webinar
08/03/2021 Within the framework of the European project JUST4ALL, the CNUE and the UINL strongly support the organisation by the ONCE Foundation and the Carlos III University of Madrid, of a training workshop aimed specifically at EU notaries that will take place on March 17 from 16:00 to 18.00 (CEST) on “The role of notaries in the access to justice for persons with disabilities”.
The European project JUST4ALL, co-financed by the Justice Program of the European Union (2014-2020), aims to improve access to justice for people with disabilities and thus contribute to the effective application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the regulations of the European Union regarding disability.
The Institute of Human Rights Gregorio Peces-Barba (University Carlos III de Madrid), Thomson Reuters, the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the European Association of Service Providers for people with disabilities (EASPD) are partners of the project, led by Fundación ONCE and supported, among other institutions, by the AEQUITAS Fundation, the International Union of Notaries (UINL) and the Council of Notariats of the European Union (CNUE).
As a part of the project, the team is committed to organize three on line training workshops on disability and access to justice for European legal operators.
