10/07/2023 The World Notariat University 2023 gathered 80 young notaries from 44 different countries and four continents (Africa, America, Asia and Europe) in Rome from July 3 to 7, 2023. All weeklong, the participants attended seminars in three different languages (French, Spanish and English) given by eminent professors on the theme of respecting public policy: an essential mission of the notariat, a constant challenge for the notary through the prism of 4 topics:
- FAMILY (with Argentine Professor Cristina Armella)
- PERSON (with Quebec professor Christine Morin)
- SUCCESSIONS (with French Professor Michel Grimaldi)
- ESTATE (with Belgian Professor Luc Weyts)
The participants, selected by the Notariats of their respective countries, also had the opportunity to attend a Conference on the theme of Desjudicialisation. at the Italian Suprem Court (Corte di cassazione), given by Magistrate Giacomo Oberto, Secretary General of the International Union of Magistrates, and Not. Thierry Vachon, Scientific Director of the University. The former President Valentina Rubertelli of the Italian Notarial Council also presented the Italian Notariat and its technological advances.
